Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure the garments remain protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 48 hours of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned fashion pieces, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
